The wrong phone number is visible after transferring

Do you see your colleague's number on your device after transferring a call instead of the customer's number? This could be related to your VoIP account settings.

Log in to Freedom
In the menu bar, click on Admin
Select VoIP account
Click on the correct VoIP account
Go to the Advanced (SIP) settings tab
Change the Caller ID header from SIP Header to Remote Party-ID SIP header
Click on Save

Finding the IP address

First, you need to find the IP address of your device. Here's how:
Press the gear button on the device
Navigate to 'Phone Status' using the arrow keys and press 'Enter' (right arrow key)
Go to 'IP&MAC Addresses' and press the 'Enter' key. You will now see the IP address.
In the web interface, look for the Caller Header ID. Set this to Remote Party-ID SIP header.

Still not working? Make sure both your VoIP account and device have the same setting and try different options to see what works.
