1.1 I forgot my password
- Go to Freedom.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Enter your email address that is registered with us.
- Click on Reset my password.

I'm not receiving any emails
- Is the email in your Spam folder?
- Is the email in your junk mail?
- Did you enter the correct email address?

Not sure which email address you can use to log in, or no longer have access to the inbox of your old email address? For privacy reasons, we cannot tell you which email address is registered with us. Please contact us using the button below.

Finding the username
- Log in to Freedom.
- Click on Admin.
- Click on Users.
- Here you'll see all email addresses registered with us. Read here how to add a user.
Reset Password
- Log in to Freedom.
- Click on Admin.
- Click on Users.
- Click on your colleague's email address.
- You'll immediately see the personal details.
- Look for the password section.
Option 1: Send an email and let the user set their own password.
Option 2: Create a password yourself and check 'Require password change at next login' if you want only your colleague to know the password.

Your colleague can now log in to Freedom, as well as the Voys App or Webphone with these user credentials.
