If you want to work through your user account, this means that your availability can be constantly adjusted. This allows you to choose whether you are available via the Webphone, the app, your device, your mobile number, or perhaps a forwarding to an answering service. Below we explain in steps how to set this up.
- Step 1: Creating a user account
- Users in Complete proposition
- Users in our other propositions
- Step 2: Adding a user account to the dial plan
- Step 3: How does a user account work?
Step 1: Creating a user account
If you already have a user account, check to make sure you have linked all devices, the app, the Webphone and/or all (mobile) numbers on which you want to be reachable to your user account.
Note! There are two different subscriptions that affect how you create a user.

If you temporarily don't want to be disturbed, choose Do not disturb. If you will be away for longer, you can choose Offline.
