
You will receive this message if you have call confirmation enabled for your mobile phone. This ensures that your client does not reach your mobile voicemail.

How do I disable this?
- Log in to Freedom
- Go to Dial plans
- Click on the phone number where you receive calls from.
- In the dial plan, look for where your call group is located.
- Click on the call group.
- Go to call confirmation
- Set this to None
- Note! If there are other colleagues in the call group, you will also need to disable this function for them.
