Personalized caller information based on customer choices
With the Variable Caller Name option, you can send a specific name to your VoIP phone. This feature is especially useful if you handle calls from different companies or phone numbers, or if you want to see which option a customer selected in your menu. You can add the variable caller name after the customer makes a selection in your menu.
