Can I keep my current phone number when I switch to you?
Yes, of course! We can transfer any phone number from any provider (with the exception of mobile phone numbers).
After you've become a customer, fill in your details and the phone number(s) you want to transfer at voys.nl/overstappen. We'll send this request to your current provider. After approval, it takes 5 to 10 business days until your number is transferred. You'll remain reachable in the meantime. On the day of the transfer, we'll test if your number works and call you first on your new connection.
Can I also become a customer if my business is in Belgium?
Absolutely! Besides the Netherlands, Germany, and South Africa, we are also a certified provider in Belgium.
If you want to become a customer from Belgium, you can sign up directly with our Belgian branch. Do you already have an existing phone number and want to transfer it? This takes at least 8 business days but is definitely possible! Fill out the document at voys.be/nummerovername, and we'll take care of it for you!
