1. How do I cancel my account with Voys?
All Voys services can be canceled on a daily basis. Fill out the form on this page completely. After confirmation, you can consider your services canceled.
Because we find it unfortunate when a customer cancels, we'd like to know why. That's why we appreciate it if you mention the reason for cancellation. Your Voys contact person will then get in touch with you.
If you don't want to cancel your entire account, but only certain services, you can do this directly in Freedom. These services will be terminated immediately.
1.b. I want to cancel my account after 11/11
As an administrator, you can cancel your telephony services on our platform daily with a simple click.
- Log in to your portal
- Go to Account
- Select Administration
- Click on Cancel Subscription
- You will be asked to confirm by clicking "Confirm your cancellation"
- The cancellation will be processed on the date of submission.
2. I want to leave Voys, but I want to keep my phone number
Sorry to see you go! We'd love to hear why if you have the time. If you want to keep your phone number, first arrange with your new provider that they will set it up for you. They will contact us and then we'll handle the rest together. If this means you're leaving us completely? Make sure to extract all your data from Freedom such as call data and your invoices. Once you've transferred, we will delete this information.
3. I'm still receiving invoices from Voys, even though I've canceled
If you have canceled, you will receive one more invoice from us. This is because you pay for the previous month.
