Your customer sees an incorrect company name with your phone number.
It can happen that the wrong CallerID (= name displayed with the phone number) is shown on the screen of the person being called. You may see that 'Houthandel Jannes' is shown, while the person is actually being called by your company, for example: 'Kinderboerderij de Pluizige Kip' (Petting Zoo The Fluffy Chicken). In most cases, this is caused by outdated data. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about this.

That's not helpful, what now?
This often happens with mobile phones that use specific 'CallerID' software. This software creates a link with its own or an online database and displays a name with the phone number based on this database. It may also be that this number is (sometimes incorrectly) marked as a 'Spam' number. Unfortunately, we do not have direct influence on this. Depending on the type of device, you can take action yourself. The actions per device are explained below.
Samsung: If your number is incorrectly labeled as 'Spam' or if the displayed name doesn't match the number, you can report this through this web form.
OnePlus: On a OnePlus device, you need to adjust a setting on the phone itself. CallerID must be disabled. How to fix this depends on the specific device model.
