Starting a call
There are different ways to start a call, outbound or inbound. Go to the Keypad.

Manual dialing
- Enter the phone number you want to call.
- Press Call.
Type or paste a number/name
- Go to Type a number or name.
- Type or paste a number or name.
- Then press Call.
Favorites
- Scroll to the colleague you want to call in Favorites.
- Hover with your mouse over the right colleague, a call icon will appear.
- Click on the call icon.



Contacts
Go to the Contacts option.
Contacts
- Scroll to the colleague you want to call in Contacts.
- Hover with your mouse over the right colleague, a call icon will appear.
- Click on the call icon.


Outgoing phone number
Before making a call, check which number you're calling from. Is it not correct? This is also the place to change it.
- Open the Webphone.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Outgoing number, specify which number you want to use for outgoing calls. You can modify the description for phone numbers in Freedom in the corresponding dial plan.

Answering a call
When the phone rings, it will look like the image to the right.
- Press Answer.
- The call starts.
Minimized Webphone
You can minimize the Webphone so it doesn't have to be in the foreground all the time.
- You receive a call.
- A pop-up will appear in your screen.
- Click on the pop-up.
- The Webphone will appear in the foreground.
- Press Answer.
- The call starts.



Click&Call Extension: Make calls with one click
Phone numbers are recognized on web pages and you can click on them, after which your VoIP phone or softclient will automatically call the number.
