What can I do with a user?
As a user, you can indicate whether you are available, exclusively available for colleagues, do not want to be disturbed, or not available at all. You also specify on which device you want to receive calls. This can be the App, Webphone, a call forwarding, or a desk phone. When a call is set up to this internal number of the User, it is forwarded to the correct destination. This also applies when availability is set to the Voys App or even on your private mobile number.
