If you're seeing this message, there's most likely actually something wrong with your network settings. Follow the steps below to determine where the problem lies or contact your IT person.
For a more detailed analysis of network problems, their causes, and what you can do about them, you can go to this page.

- Connect your laptop directly to the router with a cable. Does the Webphone work properly now? If so, there's a problem with the connections you're using. Check if all cables are properly connected, and try restarting your switch if needed. Is it working properly now?
- If you normally use WiFi for calling and it works when you call directly through the router, your WiFi signal might not be stable enough to use the Webphone. We recommend using a wired network connection. You can use a USB hub if your laptop doesn't have the right ports.
- If the Webphone doesn't work properly when connected directly to the router, restart the router.
- Try again after restarting. If it still doesn't work, there might be an issue with your router.
- Still not working? We recommend contacting an IT person or maybe here is another tip you can try.

The problem is still not resolved
