Available for colleagues only
There is an additional availability status visible in the Voys App and the Webphone: available for colleagues only. Read below about the differences between the four statuses.
How does it work?
As a user, you can indicate whether you are available, available only for colleagues, do not want to be disturbed, or are completely unavailable. You also specify on which device you want to receive calls. This can be the App, Webphone, a call forwarding, or a desk phone. When a call is set up to this internal number of the User, it is forwarded to the correct destination. This also applies when availability is set to the Voys App or even to the mobile private number.

Als gebruiker kiezen hoe jij beschikbaar wil staan
In the Voys App, you can set your availability in the bottom right corner of your profile, and in the Webphone, it's in the top left of your profile.

In the Voys App and in the Webphone, you can of course also see which status your colleague has selected. This way, you can quickly see if the person you want to reach is available. You can also see if a colleague is already on a call or if a device is ringing.

Under What is your status? you will now find not three, but four options. Below we explain these options.
Available
When the user is set to available, you are available for internal and external calls. Internally, you can be reached at your internal number, and externally, you can be reached for the phone numbers for which you are in the dial plan.
Under Where do you want to receive calls? you can select on which device you want to be reached.
NEW: Available for colleagues only
When the user has this status, you are only reachable on your internal number. Colleagues can reach you, but when someone calls the phone numbers for which you are in the dial plan, you are not reachable.
Under Where do you want to receive calls? you can select on which device you want to be reached by your colleagues.
Do not disturb
When the user has this status, you are not available for calls, neither from an internal number nor via the phone numbers for which you are in the dial plan. You use this option when, for example, you go on lunch break or are in a meeting. You are working, but not available.
Where do you want to receive calls? will not have any device actively selected.
Offline
When the user has this status, you are not available for calls, neither from an internal number nor via the phone numbers for which you are in the dial plan. You use this option when, for example, you are not working or not at work.
Where do you want to receive calls? will not have any device actively selected.
Tips
- Make sure that you as a user are included in the dial plan and not with your VoIP account. This function only works at the user level.
- If a desk phone is selected in the dial plan and the user has selected a status of do not disturb, this has no effect on the desk phone. It will still ring.
