Introducing Call Recording Transcriptions
We are excited to announce the launch of our new feature: call recording transcriptions. Clients who enable call recordings will also have access to the transcription of those calls in the call list, directly alongside the recording. Additionally, this feature can be accessed via our API.
The call recording transcription module is available as an additional module in the portal. You can easily enable it with a simple checkbox on the admin page. The transcriptions will be processed on our own hardware, utilizing the same technology used for voicemail transcriptions.
During the beta phase, the call recording transcriptions will be free. This is because we are focusing on improving the quality of the transcriptions, which are still under development. Once we integrate call summaries into the upcoming AI package, it will become a subscription based service.
Remember, legal compliance is crucial, so always inform callers that their conversations are being recorded.
