
Our Webphone can detect if your internet connection is good enough for making calls. Are you seeing a pop-up in the Webphone saying your audio quality is poor? Then it's likely that your calls don't sound good because the internet connection isn't stable enough. Check if your internet connection is adequate for making VoIP calls.
Tip: connect your computer to the internet via a network cable; this connection is more stable than WiFi.
