The best practice is to allow the entire IP range of our platform through your firewall. You can do this by restricting IP traffic to and from the phone system based on the necessary IP addresses. Below is the IP range for our telephony platform.
The IP range you need to configure is:
- 195.35.114.0/23
- 185.103.76.0/22
This includes the following specific ranges:
- 195.35.114.0 to 195.35.114.255
- 195.35.115.0 to 195.35.115.255
- 185.103.76.0 to 185.103.79.255
Below is the IPv6 range, which is currently used only for webhooks:
- 2a06:2a80::/29
It is not recommended to specify ports, as each VoIP device uses its own ports. By default, VoIP devices only use UDP connections.
We wanted to share some important details regarding our IP addresses in South Africa. Unlike other regions, we don’t own a dedicated IP range in SA. Instead, our systems operate on a set of dynamic IPs, which may change when we scale up or perform maintenance.
To ensure uninterrupted access, we recommend avoiding hard-coding these IPs into your firewall configuration. Instead, please consider more flexible firewall settings that accommodate potential changes
