Where can I adjust my availability?
Open the Webphone and click on the arrow next to your name in the top left.

You'll see an overview of all options to set your availability.

What is your status?
The status option indicates whether you are available for phone calls at that moment.
Available
You are now available on the Webphone. You can see where you're available under 'Where do you want to receive calls?'. You're not in a call and are available for both external and internal calls.

Do not disturb
You are now unavailable on the Webphone, even for internal calls. This could be because you're temporarily unable to take calls, or because you're already in a call.

Offline
You can use this option when you'll be unavailable for a longer period. When you turn off your Webphone, colleagues will also see this status.

Where do you want to receive calls?
When you're available, you can also specify on which device you want to be reachable. You can set this here.
Want to be able to switch destinations for incoming calls? Set yourself up as a user in the dial plan.
