
Is your service needed after office hours, but you don't want to burden the same person with an on-call service outside of opening hours? Think about on-call rotation or emergency calls. Then this page might be for you. Here we show two ways to set up a rotating on-call service in your dial plan.

Use this option if all your colleagues have a user account in Freedom.

Use this option if it's not possible to ensure that all your colleagues have a user account.
