On Tuesday evening January 9 and January 23, 2024, we will perform maintenance on our data centers at 22:00. We do this to keep our telephony services stable and secure. During the update, we will route all telephone traffic through one of our two data centers. This way, you won't notice the maintenance and will remain accessible. The chance that you will experience any disruption is therefore very small.

If your device still doesn't work on January 9 and/or January 23 at 22:00, make sure your devices reconnect. You can do this by restarting the devices by removing the power or LAN cable from the device, waiting a minute, and then reconnecting the cable.
