1. Where can I find my services from Voys?
Do you want to know what you're exactly paying for? Would you like to check if you're maybe paying too much? Or do you want to know what services you've had with Voys in the past? You can check this under subscribed services. Here you will see an overview of the services you currently have. On the right side, you can enable a filter to view inactive services.
- Log in to Freedom.
- Click on Account in the top right.
- Go to Administration.
- Click on Subscribed services.
2. I want to change my invoice details
Here you can modify the administrative details of your company. This includes, among other things, your bank account number or the email address where invoices should be sent. To change your company name, please submit it here.
- Log in to Freedom
- Click on Account in the top right.
- Go to Administration.
- Click on Invoice details.
3. How do I change my bank account number?
You can change your bank account number yourself in Freedom.
- Log in to Freedom
- Navigate to Account.
- Select Administration.
- Click on Invoice details.
- Here you can change the IBAN number. If you're having issues with this, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
4. How do I change my address details?
You can change your address yourself in Freedom.
- Login Freedom.
- Navigate to Account.
- Select Administration.
- Click on Invoice details.

5. How do I change my company name?
If your company name has changed, we would like to know about it.
We need some information from you.
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your old and new company details.
- Your Chamber of Commerce number and extract.
You can submit the change of company name via this link. We will update your information as quickly as possible.
6. We are moving
When moving your business, many things need to be considered, including telephony. It's useful to check the network at your new location beforehand. It's also important that the address on your invoice is correct.
Network at new location
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth. Pay particular attention to the upload capacity of the connection. You can test this using a speed test. If your internet connection has insufficient capacity, you may consider requesting an additional internet line for the VoIP phones.
- Always connect phones directly to the modem/router of your internet connection. An additional router in your network often causes problems.
- Allow Voys in your firewall. Strictly configured firewalls can cause audio and connection problems. In this case, make sure the IP-range of Voys is whitelisted for the VoIP phones. Opening ports is often not sufficient.
- Limit the bandwidth of cloud-based services such as Dropbox and WeTransfer. These can cause your internet connection to become congested. The speech quality will then decrease.
- Avoid using wireless WiFi bridges and so-called Powerline adapters to extend your network. These can lead to reduced quality of the voice signal. Always use CAT 5/6 network cables.
- Set up Quality of Service if needed. If your router has Quality of Service (QoS) features, you can use them. The use of QoS functions doesn't work equally well in every router. Not every router has such a function. If you want to set up QoS, always use the IP range of our platform to prioritize telephony / reserve bandwidth.
- Pay attention to which router you buy. We have good experiences with MikroTik.
- Office building with one NAT router. In a shared office building, an internet connection is often shared by multiple companies. Always check with the network administrator about the available (and guaranteed) bandwidth and the possibilities for VoIP services. Also ask if there is one NAT router in the network. Multiple routers in the network often cause problems.
Tip: before your move, connect a device at your new location. This way you can test if your device works and what your audio quality is like. It's also useful to check if your devices are set up with a dynamic IP address (DHCP). A device with a static IP address only works with the configured IP address; if you have a different network at your new location, your device will no longer have an internet connection.
Changing address in invoice details
- Log in to Freedom
- Go to Account – Administration – Invoice details
- Click on your current address and add a new address.
- Click on 'Save'
Need a new area code?
If you want a new area code after moving, add it yourself in Freedom. You can also add a nationwide number, an 085 number.
- Log in to Freedom
- Click on Account in the top right.
- Choose Phone number.
- Select Add and agree to the costs.
- Click on Groups.
- For sequential numbers, choose how many numbers you want to request. It will always be a sequence of consecutive numbers if you choose more than one.
- Select the number (or block) you want to add.
- Under description, enter a description: 'Klaas's number', or 'Main number'
- Click on Save
7. User permissions explained
What can I do with this?
For a User, you can choose which user permissions to grant. This explains briefly what these permissions entail.
- Login in Freedom.
- Go to Account – Administration – Invoice details
- Klik op Groepen.
- Here's a brief explanation of the four available groups. These are also known as user permissions.
- End user: can only manage their own availability.
- Admin: is the boss of the system and can view and modify everything.
- Account management: can do almost everything, except modify administrative matters.
- Call details: can only view call statistics.

- Login Freedom.
- Ga rechtsboven naar Persoonlijk.
- Click on Personal settings.
- Scroll to preferences and adjust the language.
- Click on Save.

10. Can I receive my invoices in a language other than Dutch?
Absolutely!
- Login Freedom.
- Click on Account in the top right.
- Click on Settings.
- On the left side, select Preferences
- Select the language you want to receive your invoices in under accounting language.
