What can I do here?
In this overview, you can see all of the customer's phone numbers and you can create new phone numbers, deactivate, reactivate, request portings, and delete existing numbers. The following options are available:
(Temporarily) deactivate phone numbers
Modify the dial plan. Without an active dial plan, the phone number is unreachable.
Change the description and address details. This address is communicated to the 112 emergency services. If no voice connection is established, emergency services will be dispatched to this address.
Cancel/delete phone numbers. If the customer wants their number back after a short period, contact us to reactivate the number.

Fields
Country Choose the country, set to Netherlands (+31) by default
Address In this field, you select the address for which the phone number is being requested. If the address is not in the dropdown, the registration at the Chamber of Commerce is not up to date. Changes or additions of locations can be made via the Chamber of Commerce website. These will become visible in the portal after some time. If that's not the case, click on the button to fetch addresses.
Area code Choose the region where you want to request a number. Note that it's only possible to request an area code in the region where the customer is registered with the Chamber of Commerce. If the area code is not among the options, the Chamber of Commerce registration is not up to date.
Block size Choose the number of numbers you want to have. This is always a consecutive series of numbers, from 0 to 9 at the end.
Number Choose from a series of five options.
Non-geographic numbers
085 numbers can be requested using the method above. 088 numbers must be requested through ACM. Contact your telecom provider to activate the 088 block.
Service numbers
The request for 0800 and 0900 numbers goes through ACM. Contact your telecom provider for this.
International phone numbers
It is also possible to request international phone numbers. Contact your telecom provider for this. Proof of establishment in the country where the number is being requested is necessary. Without this proof, it is not possible to obtain an international phone number.
