Temporary redirect
What can I do here?
With the "Temporary redirect" function, it is possible to ad hoc forward all phone numbers, including underlying dial plans, to a voicemail. If the organization has configured multiple voicemails, the appropriate voicemail can be selected. Using the "Temporary redirect" function, users with the rights group Account management and/or Admin can easily redirect all their incoming calls temporarily to a voicemail. The end date and time of the temporary redirect can be set manually. After this time, the temporary redirect is canceled and incoming calls follow the normal configurations of the dial plans again. The "Temporary redirect" function is visible and configurable on the Dashboard page of the customer, in the Vialer App and the Vialer Webphone (both in the Settings) tab.
Fields

Set redirect: This is used to set up the temporary redirect.

Incoming calls for: Currently, it is only possible to activate the temporary redirect for all phone numbers with their corresponding dial plans.
Are redirected to: Currently, it is only possible to temporarily redirect to a Voicemail. Select the desired voicemail when multiple voicemails are configured.
Until: Can be set manually, both the date and time.
Press START REDIRECT to activate the temporary redirect.

Press STOP REDIRECT to remove the temporary redirect. When the temporary redirect is active, the settings can be modified via "Modify redirect".

In the topbar of the portal, in the Vialer App and Vialer Webphone, it is visible whether a temporary redirect is active and what the content of this temporary redirect is.
