VoIP account

What can I do here?
Manage VoIP accounts (which are used in SIP phones, Vialer and Softclients). In the Custom product, it is possible to create VoIP accounts and then configure various settings. In the Complete package, VoIP accounts are automatically created when a User destination is activated. When activating the Complete User, several settings that fall under the VoIP account modules in Custom are immediately requested.

Fields
Description: provides a description of the VoIP account and by default this value is also used for Outgoing name (CLI).
Account ID and password: together form the login for the device and these are automatically generated.
Internal number (extension): is the internal number with which the VoIP account can be dialed.
Outgoing number (Caller ID) (Custom only): is the number that the called party sees on their screen. You can only enter numbers that have been assigned to you. The format for this is country code with +, area code without 0, phone number (). If this is not possible because, for example, the PBX cannot handle the +, then "31501234567" is allowed. More about CLI's and DID's.

Outgoing name (CLI) (Custom only): is used to send, for example, the name of the device in the screen during an internal transfer.
In can call to (Custom only): you can specify whether you want to create certain restrictions for this VoIP account. By default, a user can call anywhere.
SIP Analysis
Is a device not working as desired and are you curious about the logging? Using the SIP Analysis tool that you can find under the VoIP account, you can view the logging of a specific VoIP account.

Tip: Advanced (SIP) settings
Under the second tab called Advanced (SIP) settings, you'll find things like Encrypted calling, Connection handling, NAT support, Extra security, codec support and extra settings for Caller ID. Here are also the settings for the Caller ID Header to configure.
Note: by default, all settings in Advanced (SIP) settings are optimally configured. Only adjust settings if you are certain of the choices you are making.
