White label

All partners have an environment with their own branding. We charge €600 for the implementation of this environment.

White label portal

On a desired subdomain, the platform makes an SSL request for the partner. After approval, we provide an IP address for which an A record can be created. This makes it possible to have a unique branded login page with its own look and feel for each partner.

SIP registration

From the portal, you as a partner can order hardware and use provisioning. We also set the registration addresses in the hardware to your partner domain.

To make the management of DNS settings as easy as possible, we ask to have the chosen subdomain for hardware registration point to our nameserver. This makes management easy and future-proof for both the partner and us. If a change is needed in the future, we can do it for the partner, eliminating any hassle for you as a partner. Implement the following: Create two references on the subdomain chosen by the partner for hardware registration (for example, sip.yourdomain.nl) to type NS with the value ns1.voipdns.nl. and ns2.voipdns.nl. Note the extra period (.) after nl. We will then ensure that your chosen subdomain for hardware registration points to the correct IP addresses.

The server name: sipproxy.voys.nl should always work.

SPF records

To send emails from our system for voicemail and fax notifications from your own domain, the SPF records need to be modified. You can use the following reference:

Wiki

To use your own wiki, you need to create a new subdomain. For example, help.voipname.nl. Then set up a CNAME reference for this subdomain to wiki.voys.nl.
