What is a support code

By using the support code, you can maintain secure and trusted contact with your customers. The support code is an additional verification to check if you have the right person on the phone. This is especially useful if you have larger organizations as customers or if you don't know all the employees of your customers.

How does the support code work

Activating the support code requires an additional permission, so please contact us if you want to activate it. The support code can be found on the Admin page of the customer. When the customer user is logged in, they can request a support code on the Admin page. A pop-up will then appear on your end with the same code and the name of the logged-in User plus the selected permission group. This way, you prevent an end user from suddenly modifying dial plans or activating additional modules.

Good to know

The support code disappears after 90 seconds. If the support code doesn't work, you can always fall back on the customer number.
