What can I do here?
With this module, you can determine how and at what time you want to be reachable and can adjust the routing of a number based on opening hours. Are you open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and want to play a voicemail outside office hours without having to think about it? Or is there a different service technician on weekends than on a workday? With opening hours, you can set up your availability quickly and simply.

Fields
Opening hours and opening days
Enter the opening hours. The entered hours apply to the checked days of the week - if a day is not checked, then the entered hours do not apply to that day.
With the plus button, you can configure an opening time group even more specifically. For example, you can first set that you are open from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Period
A period can also be entered, such as holidays or a vacation. In the example below, Christmas days and Whit Monday are indicated as closed opening times. Please note that some holidays vary by year, such as Easter and Pentecost.

Tip: Holidays and opening hours
The opening time groups work based on conditions. When the time group Holidays is met (step 1), the caller hears the message Holiday (step 1.1) and then goes to voicemail. If the time group conditions are not met (step 1.2), the system checks the conditions of the time group Opening hours (step 1.3). When these conditions are met, the caller hears the message Welcome and then the system connects the caller to the call group. If the time group does not meet the conditions, the caller will hear the message Closed.
With this method, the call plan can be easily adjusted on holidays. Under the opening hours module, you only need to set the correct date and time. Optionally, a different audio message in the call plan ensures that different audio can be played for each holiday. If you use one message, you only need to adjust the date and time in the opening hours module. This method can be extended indefinitely to automatically make a different service technician available at any hour of the day, for example.
