What can I do here?

Record a sound file yourself or upload from an existing file, which can be used as a notification in the dial plan. For example, a welcome message at the beginning of the call. First check the page about recording and uploading sound files for information about uploading sounds. Alternatively, it's possible to upload a file directly. You can both upload a file and make a recording in the browser. (Only in newer browsers, see Sounds for more information about this).

Creating a notification

• Click on Notifications in the main menu
• Click on Add and provide a name for the notification
• Select the correct sound file and then click Save
• The maximum size of a notification is 7mb

Modifying dial plan

• Click on Dial plan in the main menu and select the correct phone number
• Click on the plus, an additional step will appear
• For the newly added step, select Notification and then choose the correct notification

• Click on Save
• The notification is now set up
