General information for partners
Whitelabel
All partners have an environment with their own branding. We charge €600,- for the implementation of this environment. As the portal is perfectly suited for end customers to use, you can give the customer the familiar feeling of your own branding including logo. See also Whitelabel Partners
Partner portal capabilities
As a partner, you can create, manage, and bill customers in the portal. The partner can give the end user their own login with variable permission levels. The client can have an end user with admin rights, but it’s also possible to only provide access to call details. Number Porting
We have fully automated the migration of existing regional numbers. For service numbers and 088 blocks, this is not yet the case. For a detailed explanation about number porting and how it works in our portal, check: Number Porting
Price Plans
Price plans determine the selling price and ensure correct price display in the portal. You can find detailed information here: Price Plan
Billing
We've made telecom billing as simple as possible with .csv exports, which almost all billing systems understand. In just a few clicks, you get the correct billing lines for each customer. If you use Twinfield, we have even better news: We have extensive experience and integrations with Twinfield that make everything even more convenient. Demo portal
All partners have a demo environment where various services can be tested free of charge. Only any call charges will be billed. This demo includes, for example: 2 regional phone numbers, 2 VoIP accounts, Announcements module, Opening Hours module, IVR Menu module, Queue module. Call recording and our fax services are not included in the demo.
Standard information
We have sample documentation for quotes, FAQs for the portal for end customers, sample billing export (.csv), guidelines for successful VoIP implementation, etc. If you are interested in such documents, you can always contact partner management.
