Client overview

Description of the extra filters and options
This overview displays all clients. With the filters on the right side, you can search for specific clients, such as inactive clients, deleted clients, and clients without any services that can be removed. You can also filter by the package that the client subscribes to. Additionally, you have the option to make clients inactive, modify them, or delete them. With the inactive option, the client becomes unreachable while the services (and thus billing) continue. This option is used when clients have payment arrears and you don't want to delete the client yet.
Using the add button, you can create new clients. You can also find the transfer overview which displays all inbound and outbound portings for all clients.
Under general interface description you will find more information about clients.

Description of the fields
Client
Adding a client provides various input fields and tabs. The Owner field indicates which partner the client is assigned to. If you are logged in as a partner, this field will not be displayed.
The "Internal client number" field is a special field. In this field, you can enter the ID or name by which the client is known under your own name. This field is used to easily link billing data to your billing, ERP, or CRM system.
The Chamber of Commerce number is a required field and is directly linked to the Chamber of Commerce API to retrieve client information. Among other things, the client's address information is used when purchasing phone numbers. As a supplier, we are obligated to verify whether the client is established in a specific region and therefore eligible for a specific regional area code.
The call data anonymization is set to 1 year by default and can be changed. After this period, all call data is actually deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
Other options are self-explanatory.
Preferences
Under the preferences tab, the country, audio language, system language, etc. of the client are set.
Billing preferences
Here, the Euro is set as the default currency, and an email address for billing can be set.
Package
When creating a client, you choose whether the client uses the "Custom" or "Complete" package. The packages have different sales prices, and by selecting the right package here, the correct services are created and billed.
If a client wants to switch from, for example, Custom to Complete, the change can be set under this tab. First, choose the package that the client wishes to subscribe to and click the "check" button. Before a client can be transferred, all VoIP accounts must be distributed among the Users. It may be that certain VoIP accounts are not yet linked to a user or that Users have the same VoIP account as their destination. Additionally, under Complete, it is not possible to connect trunks, and trunk accounts must be removed. Click the "check" button again to see what actions are still needed to migrate the client. If there are no more actions, the client can be converted. Note: a client can only be migrated once every 24 hours.
