Filter

What can I do here?
Using a filter, it's possible to filter numbers (anonymous, area codes or national numbers) from the call traffic and create a specific routing for them.

Fields
Press the Add button. You'll see the screen above. Enter the phone numbers for which you want to create the filter and click save. (You can add 'individual' phone numbers, but also entire countries.
For example, if you want to block callers from France, or route them to an employee who speaks French well, just put the country code of France in the filter group (+33)).
If you want to block a 100-number block, omit the last 2 digits, for example if you want to block +318812345600 to 99, enter +3188123456.
If you want to filter anonymous numbers, check 'anonymous number' under 'type'.
Dial plan
You can now add the filter to a Dial plan.

In a dial plan, the filter needs to be added as a step. When you select the created filter as the first step, 'matches' and 'does not match' will appear.
For 'matches', you select what should happen with a call from a phone number that is included in the filter group. For 'does not match', you select what should happen with calls from phone numbers that are not included in the filter group.
In this example, the system checks if the caller matches the filter (step 1) and in this case the connection is terminated (step 1.1). If the caller does not match the filter, then the call is forwarded to the time group Opening Hours (step 1.2) and the dial plan will continue to be followed.
