What can I do here?
View details of the costs of phone calls and generate reports of these.
Calls with a price of 0 are not displayed. However, a single call can have multiple prices, which is why there may be more rows here than in the call list (see Call list). If you have questions about the invoice, please contact your provider.
Services
The list shows the following fields:
- Billed relationship: the relationship for which the specified price is calculated
- Service recipient: The customer for whom the specified product is calculated
- Date : The period over which the service is billed.
- Rate type: This indicates whether the costs are one-time or monthly.
- Product: The type of product being purchased
- Description: The associated phone number, account, or service
- Price: The price of the service.
Filters
Using the form on the right, calls with specific properties can be filtered, and costs of individual calls can be combined into rows with totals.
As soon as 'Apply' is clicked, the values entered in the form are used to generate a list of records. Depending on the number of services, this may take a few seconds.
The following fields can be entered:
- From: Only services from the date selected here are displayed.
- Through: Only services up to and including the date selected here are displayed. Between 'From' and 'Through', there can be a maximum period of 31 days.
- Rate type: Here you can select whether to show only one-time or monthly costs.
- Totalize: This allows you to create summaries of the calls:
- No totalization: Nothing is totalized; each item in the list shows the cost of a single call.
Export
The 'Export' button is the same as the 'Apply' button, with the difference that a .csv file is created instead of displaying the list in the browser. This .csv file can be opened in Excel, for example.
