Useful debug tips and tricks

There are many useful tricks that make working with the telephony platform easier.

Which customer does this number belong to

Sometimes a customer calls and says: I'm having problems with phone number xxx-xxxxxx (for example +31508009000).

You can then place the number after the main URL of your environment to directly access the correct data. For example: https://partner.platform.nl/+31508009000

https://partner.platform.nl/+31508009000

Use the number format shown above (including the + and country code) and place it directly after the /.

Is this phone number dialable outside the platform

Sometimes you may have a number that doesn't appear to be dialable outside the platform. For example, a phone number that was recently ported. Often you would use your own mobile phone to test the number. This isn't always convenient, so there's a smarter way. If you want to call outside the network, you can put *99* in front of the number you want to test.

For example: *99*0508009000 tests the number 0508009000.
