Before you begin
- Contact the partner managers by phone or send an email with the request to be able to deliver hardware.
- Your general email address must be known in the portal for correct status notifications via email (e.g., the track & trace code).
- If applicable: when you want to deviate from the recommended selling prices, a price plan with the different selling prices must first be added.
- In the portal, you can select the desired devices. The portal does not contain detailed device information, so know in advance what you want to order. The system is focused on technical implementation.
Step-by-step plan
0. Check if your request to deliver hardware has been processed by the partner managers.
1. Log in to the portal, go to "Order hardware" and click on "Order".

2. Fill in the delivery address.

3. Select the desired items.




4. Add the required information for device provisioning.
5. You will receive a confirmation of your order with an order number.
6. The order will be delivered to the address you provided.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I go with my questions about the hardware?
In the portal, you can order and configure the devices. The platform also handles the billing. BNS is available for all questions regarding the hardware, for example which models best fit a specific case. BNS handles inventory management, fulfillment, delivery, RMA, and technical support. For questions about this, contact BNS at 030-2040000.
What are the delivery times?
If the ordered hardware is in stock, the order is generally processed the same day (if ordered before 3:00 PM). If the products are not in stock, it may take up to 5 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Each delivery costs € 8.50.
To which address are devices delivered?
The devices are delivered to the address provided during the order. The equipment is delivered in a standard box with unbranded tape to the chosen address.
Can I configure the complete device?
Depending on the brand and type, you can set up multiple accounts on multiple lines during the order in the portal. It is also possible with some devices to set up line keys as BLF.
Can devices be configured with encryption?
Currently, there are a limited number of phones that support this. We deliver the devices with TLS/SRTP settings when possible and when this has not been unchecked during the order.
What should I do if a device is defective?
If a device is defective, please contact us. An RMA procedure will then be started. The products are returned to BNS with the RMA code. Costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. BNS will send a new device to the customer upon the first report.
Do the devices come with an adapter?
No, adapters are not included and must be ordered separately. An adapter is not always necessary. If you use a Power over Ethernet (POE) switch, the devices can be powered through this switch. This saves having a power connection at each individual workstation.
How is billing handled?
The costs are billed on your already known invoice.
Can I determine my own selling prices?
Yes, selling prices can be determined based on price plans. Contact the partner managers for this.
Will the range be expanded in the future?
Depending on the demand from our partners, we may decide to add hardware from other brands/types.
