What can I do here?
Each customer environment has several different groups. Depending on the assigned group, a user has a limited set of permissions.
Standard groups
- Admin: Highest permission group within the customer environment. Can modify, delete and add everything.
- Account management: Can modify and delete settings within the customer environment, but cannot add anything.
- Call details: Can view call details of the customer
- End user: Can only modify their own availability.
