What can be done here?
The List is a standard overview list. By clicking on a column header description (e.g., customer), an alphabetical sort is applied. A second click on a column header description reverses the sorting.

Select, modify, deactivate, delete and add
Select
To select an element (in this example, a customer), click on the name. This is a link to the page where you can add services for this customer.
Modify
To modify an element, click on the link "Modify". You can then modify the name or description, for example.
Deactivate
Deactivation is temporary. This can easily be reversed. Customers who are deactivated can no longer use their services. For incoming calls, a busy tone is played, and for outgoing calls, a message is played that the account is temporarily deactivated. A commonly used reason to deactivate a customer is a financial issue.
You can easily reactivate a customer after they have been deactivated. Customers who are deactivated ARE included in the billing overview.
Delete
Deletion is a permanent action. However, there are two types of "deletion". If you delete data linked to billing, these items get the "status" deleted. If you delete data not linked to billing, they disappear permanently.
Items that are deleted are NOT included in the billing overview.
Add
The beautiful orange buttons speak for themselves.
Filters
On the right side of the page, you'll find filters. With these, you can indicate whether you want to see deleted or deactivated users in the list, for example.
Search
In the search field, you search for the customer's name, and the system looks at the complete name. If you have two companies named "Cheese Factory" and "Clog Factory" for example, and you type the search term "factory", you will find both companies. To remove a search filter, click on "Reset".
