Introduction
These settings apply to all Counterpath softphones (X-Lite, eyeBeam). There may be minor differences in the configuration screens.
Counterpath for PC/MAC
VoIP account settings
The screenshot below shows the settings for configuring the VoIP account. If you have not received a SIP server/proxy from your provider, you can always use sipproxy.voipgrid.nl.
Use the settings below. The Account ID and Password can be found in the client environment.
NAT traversal
There is no need to do anything with NAT traversal as this is already taken care of on the platform. So disable this.
Transport
By default, transport runs over UDP. Select UDP in the screen below.
Advanced settings
Fill in Reregister every 1800 seconds. Enable Send SIP keep-alives and Use rport.

Bria for iPad is a softphone that you can install on your iPad and is available in the iTunes App Store. The correct settings can be found in the screenshots below.
