1. What can you do with Temporary Redirect?
With the Temporary Redirect feature, it's possible to redirect all phone numbers, including underlying dial plans, to a destination on an ad hoc basis. Currently, it's only possible to temporarily redirect to a voicemail. The redirect remains active for as long as you specify.

1.1 Setting up Temporary Redirect in Freedom
The Temporary Redirect can be set up via the Dashboard in Freedom. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Freedom.
- You are now on the Dashboard.
- Click on Set Up Redirect.
- In the dropdown, you can choose from the available voicemails. Select which one you want to add.
- Select the end date and end time
- Click on Start Redirect.
From now on, all your phone numbers will be redirected to the selected voicemail. Want to select a different voicemail? Click on the Change button.
Note:
- The Temporary Redirect is active until the specified date and time. The redirect will stop automatically afterwards, and your telephony will follow the normal routing of your dial plans.
- Want to stop the temporary redirect earlier? Click on Stop Redirect.
1.2 Setting up Temporary Redirect in the App
The Temporary Redirect can be set up via the settings in the app. Follow these steps:
- Go to Profile.
- Click on your company name.
- Go to Temporary Redirect.
- Click on Set Up Temporary Redirect.
- Choose which Voicemail you want to use.
- Specify until when you want this Voicemail to be active.
- Click on Start Redirect.
Do you want to select a different voicemail or time?
- Click the Change Redirect button.
- If you want to stop the redirect earlier, press Stop Current Redirect.


1.3 Setting up Temporary Redirect in the Webphone
Adding temporary redirect
- Open the Webphone.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to Organization.
- Click on Set Up Redirect.
Adding temporary redirect
- Open the Webphone.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to Organization.
- Click on Set Up Redirect.
- Select Voicemail.
- Choose which voicemail you want to play.
- Click Start Redirect.
- The temporary redirect is now active.


Changing temporary redirect
Change
- Go to the Webphone.
- Click on Settings or on the red bar on change redirect.
- Go to Organization.
- Press Change redirect.
- Select a different voicemail.
- Click on Change Redirect.


Stopping temporary redirect
Change
- Go to the Webphone.
- Click on settings or on the red bar to change redirect..
- Go to Organization.
- Press Stop Redirect.
